Digital Marketing Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in WordPress website management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Meta Ads, and digital campaign execution. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating quality leads, and improving our online presence across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, create, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.
- Manage and maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring regular updates, performance optimization, and a seamless user experience.
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging digital content.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, search engine algorithms, and advertising platform updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress website management.
- Proven expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
- Practical experience in creating and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Understanding of content marketing and social media strategy.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative tools is an advantage.
