About Digimark
Digimark is a Dubai-based digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through digital marketing, web development, branding, SEO, social media, and performance marketing. We are expanding our sales team in Kerala and are looking for a motivated Digital Sales Executive to drive new business.
Role Overview
As a Digital Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, understanding their business requirements, and converting prospects into clients for Digimark's digital marketing and technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, networking, and other channels
- Identify and reach out to potential business clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions
- Present and explain Digimark's services and packages
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal team for proposals and quotations
- Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and services

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply
- Excellent English and Malayalam communication skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing abilities
- Confident in making calls and communicating with business owners/decision-makers
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and websites
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in an on-site sales environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
