AI Literacy & Adoption Analyst – EMEA/APAC
Location: Bangalore, India
Role Overview
The AI Literacy & Adoption Analyst will drive enterprise AI literacy, Microsoft Copilot adoption, and workforce enablement across the EMEA and APAC regions.
The role will support AI upskilling initiatives, helping employees develop awareness, capability, and practical knowledge of approved enterprise AI tools while contributing to the organization’s broader AI transformation agenda.
The analyst will collaborate with the Global AI Literacy Lead, Learning & Development teams, regional leaders, AI Champions, Microsoft, and Enterprise User Services to scale AI literacy programs, develop regionally relevant use cases, facilitate communities of practice, and measure adoption impact.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver AI training sessions, workshops, and “Day in the Life” experiences.
- Facilitate bi-monthly office hours for EMEA and APAC employees.
- Develop recorded training sessions and self-service learning materials.
- Localize training content according to regional requirements.
Community Building & Change Management
- Support AI Communities of Practice across regions and functions.
- Develop and enable AI Champion networks.
- Gather success stories and scalable AI use cases.
- Support change-management initiatives that encourage AI adoption.
Regional AI Literacy Leadership
- Lead and support AI literacy and Copilot enablement programs across EMEA and APAC.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional AI upskilling initiatives.
- Partner with regional and functional leaders to identify AI opportunities and adoption strategies.
Communications & Awareness
- Support newsletters, communication campaigns, and AI-awareness initiatives.
- Maintain visibility of new AI capabilities, tools, and organizational resources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous engagement.
Insights & Adoption Measurement
- Monitor AI adoption trends and engagement metrics.
- Identify regional opportunities, barriers, and capability gaps.
- Translate adoption data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Emerging Capabilities & Innovation
- Stay updated on Microsoft Copilot and approved AI-platform enhancements.
- Develop demonstrations and practical business use cases that accelerate adoption.
- Support the continuous improvement of AI literacy programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital transformation, change management, learning enablement, technology adoption, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and modern workplace productivity tools.
- Understanding of enterprise AI concepts and Responsible AI principles.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs or workshops.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working across multiple geographies, cultures, and functions.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering training programs focused on emerging technologies.
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams with minimal supervision.
- Passion for promoting AI understanding and responsible AI usage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in dynamic environments and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Pay: ₹292,686.52 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru Urban District)
