Responsibilities
- Support and maintain SAP EWM solutions in a live operational environment.
- Configure and optimize inbound, outbound, inventory, and production integration processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP EWM and MFS-related issues in automated warehouses.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, MES, and other SAP module teams.
- Perform root cause analysis, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP EWM and SAP MM, WM, PP/QM, MES, and other systems.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall SAP experience with 6+ years in SAP EWM.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementation, support, and enhancements.
- Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, warehouse task/order management, and MFS.
- Experience working with automated warehouses.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of SAP MM, WM, SD, PP/QM integration.
- Exposure to MES integration and warehouse automation technologies.
