Senior Voice Executive
Location: Infopark, Kochi, Kerala
Experience: Minimum 2 years in BPO Inbound Voice
Shift:* Monday to Friday | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM*
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively within defined service levels.
- Provide accurate product, service, and process-related information.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in BPO Inbound Voice (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree Mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
