* Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and statutory requirements
* Manage month-end/year-end closing and audit coordination
* Support financial analysis, reporting, and internal controls
* Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities
* Immeidate Joiners prefer
* Exposure to ERP systems and multinational environment is an advantage.
