Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive (Jr. BDE) to support our sales and business development activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, maintaining client communication, and assisting in converting prospects into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through various online platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Initiate contact with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with senior sales team members.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them to the technical team.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Update CRM systems with lead and client information.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and market developments.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good research and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, and lead generation tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of international markets and IT outsourcing services.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar lead generation tools.
- Understanding of software development technologies and digital solutions.
