Job Overview
We are hiring Machine Operators / VMC Operators for machining and production operations. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC/VMC machines, maintaining production quality, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC/VMC machines and monitor production activities
- Ensure smooth machine functioning and continuous production flow
- Perform first-piece inspection before batch production
- Inspect components for defects such as dents, rust, damage, or dimensional issues
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Follow SOPs, production guidelines, and safety procedures
- Segregate approved and rejected components as per quality standards
- Maintain production and inspection records accurately
- Report machine issues or quality concerns to supervisors
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in machining or production preferred
- Basic understanding of CNC/VMC machine operations
- Ability to read engineering drawings and control plans
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness
