About the Role
CHUB WOW World is seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to drive student outreach and institutional partnerships across the Higher Education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with educational institutions and corporate organizations, and expanding the company's presence through strategic networking and field sales activities.
This role is best suited for individuals who are passionate about business development, relationship building, and achieving growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute field-level business development and networking campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct outreach programs targeting schools, colleges, universities, coaching centers, and corporate organizations.
- Identify and approach potential institutional partners for student admissions and collaboration opportunities.
- Schedule and attend meetings with principals, management teams, HR departments, and decision-makers.
- Promote WOW World's higher education services, career guidance programs, and institutional partnership solutions.
- Represent the company at educational seminars, exhibitions, career fairs, workshops, and regional marketing events.
- Generate quality leads and coordinate with the Inside Sales and Academic Counselling teams for lead conversion.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional and corporate partners.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, partnerships, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and business development reports.
- Achieve monthly business development, partnership, and revenue targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Institutional Sales, Corporate Sales, or Education Sales.
- Experience in the Higher Education or EdTech sector is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
