Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing marketing strategies, and building strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers (architects, builders, contractors, retailers).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Marketing & Promotions:
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns (e.g., digital marketing, social media marketing, local events, promotions).
- Manage the company's online presence (website, social media).
- Plan and execute product launches and promotional events.
- Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Other Duties:
- Prepare regular sales reports and activity reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree, or a related field.
- 6 months of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and 1 own transportation.
