Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our Field Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, presenting software solutions, and driving sales growth. The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the software or IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
- Present and demonstrate ERP, CRM, and software solutions to potential clients.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demos, and follow-up visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams for successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, business events, and networking meetings when required.
- Ensure timely payment follow-up and customer satisfaction after project implementation.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in software, ERP, CRM, or IT solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer handling abilities.
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in B2B software sales is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
