We are looking for an experienced Voice Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of customer service agents. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in team handling, and the ability to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a team of voice agents.
- Monitor team performance and achieve targets.
- Conduct coaching and feedback sessions.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure service quality.
- Prepare performance reports and maintain team productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
