Job Summary
The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving Apple product sales, managing key customer accounts, building strong business relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key customer accounts.
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Promote Apple products and execute sales initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with partners and enterprise clients.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
- Provide product training and support to partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Negotiate commercial terms with key accounts.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in IT/Technology or Apple products is preferred.
