The Role
Are you energetic, highly skilled, and passionate about sharing your love for Bollywood dance? We are looking for an experienced Online Bollywood Dance Teacher to join our growing global team. In this role, you will deliver fun, highly interactive, and engaging virtual dance classes primarily to children (ages 4-10) and adult women across the globe.
What You Will Do
- Lead Virtual Classes: Conduct energetic one-on-one and group Bollywood dance sessions.
- Personalize Instruction: Tailor choreography and lesson plans to match the individual skill levels, needs, and preferences of your students.
- Foster a Great Environment: Create a positive, supportive, and highly engaging virtual classroom atmosphere.
- Engage Young Learners: Ensure a fun, patient, and educational experience tailored specifically to young children.
- Track Progress: Provide constructive, encouraging feedback to help students improve their technique and build confidence.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience teaching Bollywood dance.
- Expertise: High proficiency and technical skill in various Bollywood dance styles.
- Communication: Strong spoken English skills to effectively instruct and connect with an international student base.
- Versatility: Total comfort and enthusiasm for teaching both young children and adults.
- Tech-Savvy: Prior experience teaching dance online is highly preferred.
Technical Requirements (Must-Haves)
As this is a 100% remote role, you must have your own reliable setup:
- A high-speed, stable internet connection.
- A functioning laptop or desktop with a high-quality webcam.
- Proper audio equipment (good quality microphone and external speakers/music playback device).
- A clear, well-lit, and spacious background suitable for teaching dance on camera.
Schedule & Perks
- Ultimate Flexibility: Choose your hours on weekdays and weekends based on your availability.
- Customizable Workload: Instructors can choose to work 3 to 5 hours per day. Both Part-Time and Full-Time arrangements are available.
