Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive – Operations to support day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes. The role will involve HR administration, employee data management, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee queries, and compliance support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in the HRMS.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs with internal stakeholders and payroll teams.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, and other HR processes.
- Support onboarding activities, including induction and joining documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operational support.
- Maintain and track HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.
- Support statutory compliance documentation and internal/external audits.
- Ensure HR processes are executed as per company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR data.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance employee experience.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience in HRMS, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations or Generalist HR roles.
- Experience in a corporate or shared services environment will be an added advantage.
