Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary Senior Online Marketing Strategist with a minimum of 5 years of experience to orchestrate the growth of our digital ecosystem. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive significant sales growth across our independent online stores and major marketplaces, including Amazon and eBay.
As the lead strategist, you will bridge the gap between creative content and technical execution. We need a high-level thinker who is equally comfortable diving into data analytics as they are presenting a new brand direction. Exceptional communication skills are a non-negotiable requirement for this role, as you will be the central point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Omni-channel Strategy: Design and lead a cohesive marketing roadmap that synchronizes our direct-to-consumer (DTC) stores with our Amazon and eBay storefronts.
- Marketplace Optimization: Develop specific strategies for Amazon (AMS, SEO, Buy Box) and eBay (Promoted Listings, Store Design) to maximize visibility and sell-through.
- Sales Growth & Conversion: Analyze the customer journey to identify bottlenecks and implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) tactics to increase Average Order Value (AOV) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with our Content Creators, SEO/PPC Managers, and Developers to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the overarching business objectives.
- Performance Reporting: Translate complex performance metrics into clear, actionable reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in a strategic marketing role within the e-commerce industry.
- Marketplace Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of the Amazon and eBay ecosystems, including their unique algorithms, advertising platforms, and compliance policies.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to articulate complex strategies simply and persuasively.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, and e-commerce business intelligence tools.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with CRM and email marketing automation (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- Knowledge of international e-commerce expansion and cross-border logistics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
