Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Quality Checker to join our Operations team and take ownership of the quality of products before they are dispatched to customers.
The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and able to look at a product from the customer's perspective.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough pre-dispatch quality checks of products.
Inspect products for physical damage, defects, functionality issues, missing components, cleanliness, and overall condition.
Assess whether the product is customer-ready before dispatch.
Identify issues that could potentially lead to customer complaints, returns, or replacements.
Follow defined quality standards, inspection checklists, and SOPs.
Re-inspect products after repairs, refurbishment, or corrective work.
Maintain records of quality checks, rejected products, and identified issues.
Coordinate with the Operations teams to ensure timely release of quality-approved products.
Identify recurring quality issues and escalate them to the concerned team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in quality checking, warehouse operations, product inspection, refurbishment, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and good observation skills.
- Ability to identify even minor defects or inconsistencies.
- Customer-first mindset and practical approach to quality assessment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to follow processes and checklists consistently.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to take ownership of quality.
- Comfortable working from a warehouse and in a hands-on operational environment.
