Karur,Erode.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the project manager,in preparing drawings and specifications documents for the conceptual Design phase,Schematic Design Phase and the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
- Utilizes Computer assisted design software and equipment to prepare projects designs and plans.
- create detailed plans for the construction Project.
- Present drawings and plans for approval.
- Aide in the creation of a schedule and budget for the project.
- Produces Construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Compile needed blueprints,specifications and construction reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Must possess degree in Architecture (B.Arch Bachelors)
- 6 months - 3 years of experience,Previous experience is Preferred.
- Must be able to complete technical drawings that will be used to present a project for approval.
- Proficient in AutoCAD software,BIM,Revit,Sketch-up,Photoshop and Microsoft office suite is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Good communication and writing skills required.
- Must shows Strong Project Management skills and be able to work under tight deadlines and working collaboratively.
