Job Description:
- Lead client servicing for corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, experiential marketing projects, and brand activations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements, event objectives, branding expectations, budgets, and project scope to deliver tailored event solutions.
- Manage end-to-end client accounts from briefing and proposal development through event execution and post-event follow-up.
- Prepare and present quotations, cost estimates, budgets, service proposals, and project presentations based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative, production, operations, logistics, and procurement to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely submission of quotations.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and client communications to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure exceptional client experience, service quality, and successful execution while meeting budget and quality standards.
- Handle client escalations, conflict resolution, negotiations, and change requests with professionalism.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, client retention, upselling, and repeat business.
- Mentor, guide, and supervise the client servicing team while driving operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
Preferred Background
- Experience in client servicing within the event management, weddings, experiential marketing, branding, advertising, or activation industry.
- Proven experience managing premium clients, key accounts, and leading client servicing teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
