Experience: -10 years in procurement/purchase within:
CNC manufacturing industry (Mandatory)
Location:-Vallam, Sriperumbudur.

CNC machine components
Castings, sheet metal parts, electrical items
Cutting tools, coolant, lubricants
Pneumatic and hydraulic components
Industrial consumables and spare parts
Develop and maintain approved vendor list
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
Evaluate supplier performance and quality compliance
Coordinate with production and stores departments for material requirements
Production schedules
Inventory levels
Forecast demand
Ensure uninterrupted supply of critical materials
Monitor procurement budgets and material costs
Identify cost-saving opportunities through alternate sourcing and negotiation
Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
Required Skills
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of CNC/VMC manufacturing materials and components
Understanding of engineering drawings and BOMs
ERP / SAP / inventory software knowledge
Cost analysis and purchase planning capability
Note:- No Cab
