We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Advisor to deliver high-quality support and build strong customer relationships. This role requires a proactive professional who can handle complex queries, provide accurate guidance, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions across calls and other communication channels with professionalism and empathy.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Resolve escalated and complex customer concerns efficiently.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective issue resolution.
- Monitor service quality and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support and guide junior team members when required.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Strong working knowledge of CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and handle customer escalations professionally.
