We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Engineer to manage all site cleaning, clearance, and waste management operations. In this role, you will oversee cleaning crews, enforce strict safety and environmental compliance, and ensure the site is maintained to the highest operational standards.Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Supervise daily site clearing, janitorial schedules, and waste removal activities.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce adherence to local environmental regulations, safety protocols, and hazardous material guidelines.
- Vendor & Crew Oversight: Coordinate, schedule, and evaluate external cleaning contractors and in-house crews.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the inventory, budget, and procurement of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and tools.
- Reporting: Document site conditions, waste logs, incident reports, and compliance audits for upper management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in site management, construction clearance, or facility operations.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and fluency in site safety protocols.
Pay: ₹15,609.12 - ₹52,058.20 per month
