AP Astro is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage and grow our paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in running lead generation, WhatsApp campaigns, e-commerce sales campaigns, retargeting ads, and conversion-focused campaigns. The main goal will be to increase quality leads, online sales, store visits, and brand visibility for AP Astro products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon, YouTube Ads, and other platforms.
- Run WhatsApp lead generation campaigns for AP Astro products and consultations.
- Manage campaigns for gemstones, rudraksha, yantra, puja kits, bracelets, vastu remedies, and other spiritual products.
- Create and test ad creatives, hooks, captions, headlines, and offers.
- Track campaign performance, cost per lead, cost per purchase, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
- Handle retargeting campaigns for website visitors, abandoned carts, and engaged users.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Work with the content and design team to create high-converting ad creatives.
- Manage Shopify product promotion campaigns.
- Prepare daily and weekly ad performance reports.
- Suggest new campaign ideas for festivals, special offers, product launches, and seasonal sales.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to reduce cost and increase sales.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Amazon and Google Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp marketing and landing page campaigns.
- Basic understanding of Shopify or e-commerce websites.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance.
- Good understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and remarketing.
- Creative mindset for ad copy, hooks, and offers.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel, Conversion Tracking, and Tag Manager is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in spiritual, astrology, wellness, e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or retail brands will be a plus.
- Must be able to generate quality leads and sales, not just run ads.
- Should be comfortable working with sales and creative teams.
- Should have a performance-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹10,965.79 - ₹36,217.69 per month
