Avant Group is looking for experienced IT Manager.
Location: Chakala, Andheri East
Job Role:
· Manage day-to-day IT operations including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
· Ensure availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure.
· Provide escalation-level support for IT issues and ensure timely resolution.
· Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.
· Monitor and maintain servers, backups, antivirus, firewalls, and data security.
· Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
· Support ERP, project management systems, and other business applications.
· Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with IT standards.
· Prepare IT reports, asset registers, and documentation.
· Train and guide IT support staff and end users on systems and applications.
