HR Executive
To ensure human resource development plans, strategies, and systems are placed in accordance with vision and mission, this position would help in achieving organizational objectives through the implementation of best HR policies and practices.
HR executives perform administrative tasks in the HR department such as staff management, hiring processes, maintaining payrolls, employee welfare program and maintenance of HR records. You will be responsible for hiring and updating HR policies and forecasting recruitment needs for the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To develop and implent HR policies, strategies and system.
- Establish systems for recruitment and performance evaluation
- Overview maintance of HR database and records
- Facilitate training HR needs Assessments
- Induction and orientation of new team members
- Maintain payroll and attendance
- Conduct Recruitment and training programs and give adequate manpower to the company
Qualification and recruitment
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field
- Ability to give attention what other peoples are saying, and motivate to develop and identify the best people for the job.
- Ability to Know other's reactions, understanding and behavior and analyze logic and reasoning behind it to identify the strengths and weaknesses of people develop alternative solutions, and bring people together by trying to reconcile the differences.
- Pay scale: starting from 1.32 lakh per annum to 2.5 lakhs per annum
- Work Schedule : General work timings, 10am to 6pm. 6 days per week.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
