Job Title: Sales Assistant
Location: Broadway Store- Bandra Mumbai
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Broadway retail store. The ideal candidate should have prior retail experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Conduct product sampling and demonstrations.
- Help customers with product trials and explain product features and benefits.
- Guide shoppers in selecting the right products based on their needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and merchandising standards.
- Follow all retail store policies and operational guidelines.
Requirement
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales.
- Must be comfortable working in a retail environment, including standing for long hours and following retail floor policies (e.g., no sitting on the shop floor).
- Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude.
- No prior nail art experience is required.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 (Fixed)
- Sales Incentives:
- Weekly incentive: Up to ₹5,000
- Monthly incentive: Up to ₹10,000
Working Days
- 6 days a week.
- One weekly off (not on weekends).
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with previous retail store experience who understand retail operations, customer service, and weekend working schedules will be preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
