Global Credit Solutions India helps its customers/partners in collecting overdue amounts through various channels such as Dunning Letters, Calls, Emails and Field Visits. The collection process follows pre-defined stringent SOPs. All collections are carried out to ensure a very Professional, Prompt and Precise process that provides early collections and reduced costs.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit clients to collect outstanding payments as per the collection schedule.
- Explain payment terms, dues, and resolve clients queries related to payments.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and recovery of dues within the assigned area.
- Deposit collected amounts and update records as per company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, payment commitments, and collections.
- Coordinate with the collections team and report daily progress.
- Identify high-risk accounts and escalate unresolved cases to the supervisor.
- Ensure a respectful and professional approach with all clients at all times.
Skill Requirements
- Graduate
- 3–5 years of experience in field collections or recovery preferred
- Strong and confident personality with the ability to handle difficult or non-cooperative debtors
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with fieldwork and travelling within assigned territory (South India)
- Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
- Familiarity with local geography and customer base
