Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the technical and operational performance of the plant.
- Ensure efficient operation of DRI, Furnace, and Power Plant facilities.
- Lead and coordinate all technical departments and plant personnel.
- Improve productivity, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement systems, procedures, and best practices for smooth plant functioning.
- Drive cost reduction, process improvement, and continuous operational excellence.
- Be accountable for achieving production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
