Job Purpose
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team on a 6-month contractual basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, validating customer applications, resolving customer queries, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processing and excellent customer service.
This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Process and validate customer applications received through telephone interactions.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Operations
- Coordinate with partner companies and internal teams for seamless processing of customer requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards while processing customer requests.
- Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader whenever required.
Documentation & Quality
- Verify customer information before processing.
- Ensure data accuracy while updating customer details.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT) standards.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in Customer Service, BPO, Call Centre, Banking, Insurance, or Operations will be preferred.

Shift Details

Employment Note
This is a temporary contractual position for a period of six (6) months. The contract may be extended or concluded based on business requirements and individual performance. Employment under this contract does not guarantee permanent absorption into the organization.
