TheRole
We're looking for a Google Ads specialist who lives inside ad accounts — not someone who sets campaigns and checks in weekly. You'll own the paid search strategy for multiple healthcare clients, with full accountability over CAC, lead quality, and ROAS. If you're used to managingbudgetsof₹10L+permonthandtreatingwastedspendasapersonalfailure,you'llfit right in.

● Full-funnelstrategy:keywordresearch,adcopy,landingpagebriefs,conversion tracking, and reporting

● Leadqualityanalysisincollaborationwiththesales/opsteamtoreducelow-intent conversions
● Competitorandauctionanalysistoidentifygapsanddefendshare
