- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a neat and professional environment.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Manage office stationery and pantry supplies, and coordinate procurement.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records, as required.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
- Support HR with interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
- Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Assist management with day-to-day administrative activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
