Job Description: Process Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Process Coordinator to manage and oversee the execution of our business workflows. In this role, you will be the custodian of our process flowcharts, ensuring that every step is completed accurately and within specified timelines. You will serve as the central hub of communication, distributing vital information to all team members involved in the workflow to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Flowchart Management: Oversee and coordinate all sequential steps within active business process flowcharts.
- Timeline Enforcement: Track tasks closely to ensure work is completed on time by the responsible team members.
- Information Distribution: Proactively share relevant updates, data, and instructions with everyone in the workflow.
- Detail Auditing: Review workflow steps meticulously to ensure zero errors and thorough completion of tasks.
- Team Collaboration: Follow up politely and cooperatively with different departments to keep processes moving.

Job Requirements
- Location: Must reside within a maximum 25-minute commute from the office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
