Yog Niketan By Sanskriti in Rishikesh is looking for an experienced and passionate Commis chef specializing in Multi Cuisine to join our culinary team. If you have a strong background in preparing high-quality continental dishes and thrive in a professional resort environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Continental dishes according to established resort standards.
- Manage the Continental section prep work (Mise en place) efficiently and assist senior chefs.
- Ensure all food preparation meets strict standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
- Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols at all times.
- Monitor stock levels for the Continental station and minimize wastage.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Multi cuisine (Hotels, Resorts, or high-end Standalone restaurants).
- Deep knowledge of Multi cooking techniques, sauces, knife skills, and plating.
- Ability to work smoothly in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment.
- Relevant culinary degree or diploma is a plus but not mandatory if backed by strong experience.
