Role Overview:
As a Life Insurance Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting product and sales training sessions, enhancing team capability, and ensuring strong understanding of life insurance concepts across the sales force.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training on life insurance products, processes, and sales skills
- Conduct induction and refresher training programs
- Support field teams with product knowledge and sales capability building
- Assess training effectiveness and improve team performance
- Ensure trainees are confident, presentable, and customer-ready
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1st Preference:
Candidates currently working as Trainer in Life Insurance (any channel)
