Roles & Responsibilities :
- Generate and close home loan sales through direct sourcing and referrals.
- Develop and expand sales network by onboarding consultants and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Source customers through calls, field visits, and digital channels.
- Guide customers from inquiry to loan disbursement and resolve queries promptly.
- Assist customers with loan applications and required documentation.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
- Ensure complete documentation and KYC compliance.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and track performance against targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
