Job Summary:
Al Salama School of Safety Studies is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced HSE Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent presentation skills, and a passion for developing competent safety professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver classroom and practical training on HSE-related courses.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Conduct theory and practical sessions in accordance with course requirements.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students for certification exams and career development.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus while maintaining training quality.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and student progress reports.
- Stay updated with the latest HSE standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Participate in curriculum development, faculty meetings, and academic activities.
- Support examination processes, including invigilation and evaluation.
- Perform other academic and training-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- NEBOSH IGC is mandatory. Additional HSE certifications (IOSH, OSHA, Diploma, etc.) are an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE training or the safety industry.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online teaching platforms is preferred.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
