Qualifications: DME/ BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.Experience : 4-6 years of Experience in injection molding machine Maintenance.Salary : As per industry standards and experienceKey Responsibilities:
· Perform preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance of injection molding machines (hydraulic, electrical, and servo-driven).
· Diagnose and resolve machine issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, PLCs, and controllers.
· Maintain and service auxiliary equipment such as chillers, dryers, loaders, robots, temperature controllers, and compressors.
· Ensure machine readiness for mold changes, startups, and production runs.
· Monitor machine performance, cycle time, and downtime; take corrective actions to improve efficiency.
· Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve process-related issues.
· Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and spare parts inventory.
· Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new machines and equipment.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and plant maintenance procedures.
· Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
· Strong knowledge of Injection Molding Machines.
· Hands-on experience with hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
· Understanding of injection molding processes, mold operation, and defect troubleshooting.
· Ability to read electrical diagrams, hydraulic schematics, and technical manuals.
· Familiarity with TPM, preventive maintenance schedules, and root cause analysis.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
