We are hiring "Production Planning & Control" - PPC Manager" for garment manufacturing company based in Jalandhar
- 5–10 years of PPC experience in garments, apparel manufacturing, footwear stitching, shoe uppers, sportswear, knitwear, or textile industries.
- The candidate will be responsible for production scheduling, line planning, capacity management, and ensuring timely shipment commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare production plans based on customer orders, shipment schedules, and factory capacity.
- Monitor stitching lines and production targets to ensure on-time delivery.
- Plan manpower allocation and line balancing for optimum productivity.
- Coordinate with merchandising, cutting, stitching, finishing, quality, and dispatch teams.
- Track work-in-progress (WIP) and identify production bottlenecks.
- Ensure material availability for uninterrupted production.
- Prepare daily production reports and shipment status reports.
- Monitor production efficiency, rejection rates, and line performance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors/job workers whenever required.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Production, Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or related discipline.
- Good understanding of production planning, line balancing, capacity planning, and shipment management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Excel, and production tracking tools.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
