Role Overview: You will be the engine of our growth, managing the recruitment funnel for our sales team. Your goal is to filter high-quality talent and keep our pipelines full. Responsibilities:
- Post job openings and manage candidate responses.
- Screen candidates based on communication skills and attitude.
- Maintain the daily tracking sheet for all active applicants.
- Ensure team coordination and assist in onboarding interns. The "What You Get": Certificate of Excellence, HR & Operations experience, and direct mentorship from the Founder.
Pay: ₹10,099.12 - ₹42,372.33 per month
