About the Role:
Transparent Capital is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, client-handling abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client servicing.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer databases.
- Explain company products/services to clients effectively.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain daily reports and CRM records.
- Support sales and business development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales, or Client Servicing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
