We are seeking an empathetic, well-spoken, and persuasive Telecaller Executive for our matrimonial platform. The role involves guiding users through the matchmaking process, converting leads, and ensuring a smooth, respectful, and confidential experience
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with incoming leads, explain services clearly, and convert leads into active users.
- Understand user preferences and recommend suitable matches within the matrimonial platform.
- Assist users with profile creation, communication support, and follow-ups.
- Conduct sensitive conversations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Address user queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs of leads, interactions, and progress.
Requirements
- Good communication skills are mandatory.
- Excellent convincing and lead conversion skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and professional approach.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand client needs.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve queries effectively.
