Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service, food safety, customer satisfaction, and cost-effective management. The role includes supervising kitchen and service staff, maintaining hygiene standards, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Operations Management
- Manage daily food and beverage operations.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of meals and beverages.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Monitor cafeteria, canteen, patient food services, and catering operations.
Team Management
- Supervise, train, and motivate food & beverage staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage workforce scheduling.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching as required.
- Ensure staff adherence to company policies and SOPs.
Quality & Hygiene
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and storage areas.
- Implement and maintain HACCP/FSSAI standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Manage food and beverage inventory efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement activities.
- Control food costs, wastage, and operational expenses.
- Verify supplier quality and pricing.
Customer Service
- Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure high levels of guest, patient, and visitor satisfaction.
- Develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
