Roles & Responsibilities
Management insight creation based on the information collection from different function areas R&D.
Identify the trend in the data and derive the strategic intent for Management.
Work with the available information and create the precise communication for management related tasks.
Data management for Management including various Dashboard creation for data driven decision making.
Miscellaneous activities (Organizing events on behalf of Management like employee connect sessions / identify the improvement areas).
Create standardization across teams / departments for the data management.
Work as a CFT members for the identified tasks with different areas.
Required Skills:
