The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students, understanding their goals, and converting leads into paid enrollments. This is a target-driven sales role where you will interact with students through calls, WhatsApp, and webinars to help them choose the right course.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counselling & Conversion
- Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities
- Understand student needs and recommend the right programs
- Convert leads into admissions through calls, chats, and follow-ups
2. Lead Handling & Follow-ups
- Handle inbound leads from:
- Instagram
- Webinars
- Landing pages
- Maintain consistent follow-ups using calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
- Build trust and maintain relationships with prospects
3. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
- Maintain high conversion rates
- Handle objections and close sales effectively
4. Webinar Support
- Attend webinars and assist in post-webinar conversions
- Follow up with attendees and convert them into enrollments
5. CRM & Data Management
- Update lead details and interaction history in CRM
- Track lead status and ensure proper pipeline management
Eligibility Criteria
Experience
- Preferred: 6 months – 3 years in EdTech / Sales / Counselling
- Freshers can also apply (training will be provided)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,544.73 per month
