About the Role
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to provide quality patient care across wards, ICU, and emergency services. The role involves assisting doctors, monitoring patients, and ensuring smooth clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care as per hospital protocols
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the doctor
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed
- Assist doctors during procedures and rounds
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the patient care area
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Coordinate with other departments for patient care
Work Schedule
- Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)
- Weekly off on rotation
- Flexibility to work in ICU / Ward / Emergency
Key Skills Required
- Basic clinical and nursing knowledge
- Ability to handle patients with care and empathy
- Attention to detail and responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills (Tamil required, basic English preferred)
Preferred Qualification
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
