Job Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by reaching out to potential clients, pitching our products/services, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and meetings with prospective clients from provided databases and self-generated leads.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
- Identify potential leads and qualify prospects based on interest and fit.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, outcomes, and client interactions.
- Support the business development team in campaign planning and reporting.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Prior experience in bank sales or real estate will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Confidence in initiating conversations and building rapport with new clients.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of regional languages is a bonus).
- Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.
