Core Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead Oracle Unifier solution design end-to-end, including module configuration, workflow setup, and business process mapping.
- Lead Primavera P6 EPPM solution design end-to-end, covering EPS/OBS structuring, WBS development, resource/cost loading, and schedule baselining.
- Team & Issue Management
- Channelize tasks, allocate workloads, and track issue resolution across the consulting team.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior consultants.
- Customer & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison with customers, business leads, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage escalations, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Technical Advisory
- Recommend best practices for Primavera deployment, customization, and optimization.
- Propose robust integration approaches with ERP, HRMS, and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-application leads to design dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- API & Integration Expertise
- Work extensively with Primavera REST APIs / Web Services for data exchange, automation, and integration.
- Ensure seamless connectivity with middleware (OIC, SOA, OPC) and third-party applications.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in Primavera P6 EPPM and Oracle Unifier solution design.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera APIs, integration frameworks, and dashboard/reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with workflow configuration, data migration, and system troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills for customer coordination and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead solution design, manage escalations, and deliver under contractual timelines.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
