Job Summary:
We are looking for a Design Engineer with experience in designing Special Purpose Machines (SPM), Jigs, Fixtures, and Industrial Automation equipment. The candidate should be proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD and capable of preparing manufacturing drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design SPMs, Jigs, Fixtures, and automation equipment.
- Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with Production, Assembly, and PLC teams during manufacturing.
- Modify designs based on customer requirements and production feedback.
- Ensure designs are accurate, practical, and manufacturable.
- Support machine assembly, trials, and customer projects.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1–5 years in SPM, Fixture, or Machine Design.
- Software: SolidWorks, AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, sheet metal, and standard machine components.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in pneumatic systems and automation concepts.
- Knowledge of GD&T and engineering standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
