Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and passionate Perfumer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative fragrance formulations and enhancing existing products in line with market trends and client requirements. Key Responsibilities-
- Develop and create unique fragrance formulations for various applications.
- Conduct olfactory evaluations and product testing to ensure fragrance quality and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align fragrances with brand strategies and customer expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ingredients, and consumer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of fragrance formulations, evaluations, and testing results.
- Work closely with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Participate in sensory panels to evaluate competitor products and market offerings.
- Reformulate and improve existing fragrances based on customer feedback and market demands.
- Train and mentor junior perfumers and fragrance evaluators when required.
Qualifications & Experience-
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in fragrance development or perfumery.
- Strong knowledge of aromatic ingredients and fragrance composition.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good understanding of market trends and consumer preferences in the fragrance industry.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
