Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Social Studies Teacher to join our CBSE school. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching young learners and capable of creating an engaging and interactive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Social Studies to Grades I–V as per CBSE curriculum
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and activity-based learning modules
- Foster curiosity and awareness about society, culture, and environment
- Assess and track student progress regularly
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Social Studies / Humanities)
- B.Ed. is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for working with young children
